How do I checkout and complete the transaction?

Once you have selected a watch, follow the steps below:

a)      Click on the Add to Basket icon. Your product will appear on Shopping Cart page.

b)      On the right hand side below the total amount, you will see a Checkout icon, click on it. 

c)      The next page will ask you to either Sign In if you are a returning customer or Create Account otherwise.  You will be able to register with us and add your details including billing and delivery address.

d)     Click on Confirm and your account will be created.  Click on Continue and on next page check all your details, read Terms and Conditions, once you agree to the Terms and Conditions check the box and click on Confirm Order icon. You will be directed to the payment processors page.

How do you accept payments?

You can pay us by most debit/credit cards.

Can I pay over the phone ?

For debit/credit card security reasons, we only accept authenticated orders online.

Do you offer order collection service?

We don’t have such arrangements in place as we are a mail orders company. However, we offer next working day deliver on most orders.

Is it secure to order on your website?

Absolutely! For complete peace of mind, we use SSL technology.

I live outside the UK, can I pay you in my currency?

We accept payments in GBP only. When you use your overseas payment card, the card issuer will do the currency conversion for you. We suggest you contact them before ordering in order to confirm their rates and charges.

Why are your prices so competitive as compared to the high street retailers?

We are an internet based business, operate at a low overhead cost and have low mark-up. This enables us to offer very attractive discounts.

Where can I find my Invoice?

After you place your order, your invoice will be saved in customer area on our website. Simply log into your account and download or print a copy of your invoice at anytime.

Are there any hidden charges?

No not at all. All prices are upfront and include free delivery.

I have paid for my order twice, what should I do now?

Don't worry, just drop us an email with details of both transactions. We will quickly look into the matter for you and refund the second transaction.

How do I check the progress of my order?

Once your order status has been updated, you will receive email confirmation from us. This is usually done by the end of the day. Please email if you do not hear from us for in time.

Can I request delivery to a different address?

Yes in most cases we can deliver to a different address. However, if we are satisfied and need further information we will contact you shortly after receiving your order

Can you re-size a watch prior to despatch?

We prefer not to as we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase before any alterations are made. We suggest you take your watch to a reputable jeweler or a watch repairs shop. Resizing is fairly simple procedure and most alterations can be made quickly while you wait.

Can a water resistant watch be worn in bath, shower or sauna?

No, as hot water can damage the seals. We also recommend that you do not wear your watch while swimming if it is rated below 100 meters / 10 ATM. Water resistant watches are not waterproof.

Can you explain why my watch has lost crystals/stones?

These watches have to be worn with special care. Exposure to warm water or any kind of impact can loosen the stones / crystals and they will eventually fall off.  They are not covered under warranty.

My watch has been delivered. However the day and date function is inaccurate, what should I do now?

Please do not set the date/day between 9:00 p.m and 2:00 a.m in order to avoid inaccuracy. If it is still inaccurate, please send us your query and we will send you further instructions.

What is the best way to contact you?

Simply drop us an email and we will try and get back to you ASAP.

Why have you not replied to my email?

Probably because your email didn’t reach our mailbox or our reply was filtered by your junk mail folder. We suggest you resend your original email if you do no hear from us within 5 working days.

Do you sell authentic and brand new watches?

Yes certainly. They are all genuine and brand new watches supplied in original presentation box. Some watches are supplied with certificate of authenticity.

Are you Authorised Dealers of manufacturers?

No we are not authorised dealers of manufacturers. We are therefore able to sell watches at substantial discounts off the RRP. Watches we sell, however, come from authorised dealers. 

Is the warranty booklet or card stamped?

No it’s left blank. We are not authorised dealers of manufacturers.

Do you offer product warranty?

Yes we do! The warranty period varies from brand to brand. Details are published on our warranty page

What's your returns policy?

We have a no quibble returns policy. If the product is new, unused and unaltered, you can return it for refund or exchange. You will first need to email us your notice of cancellation of contract within 7 working days of receipt of product. Please read the complete policy on Returns & Cancellation page of this website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How much do your charge for delivery?

All UK deliveries are free. If you are outside the UK, we charge £10 per item.

Why have not received my order, although your website states next working day delivery?

Next working day delivery is only available on orders placed by 1pm on a working day. 1pm is our cut-off time. Weekends and bank holidays are not included. If you placed your order by 1pm Mon-Thu, you will receive the following day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend order are also despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be despatched until next day.
